At VISION STREET WEAR™ CANADA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all returns must include original packaging and tags to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
